Appreciation Engine, founded in 2010, is an enterprise software that provides real-time customer insights and expert guidance to help businesses maximize the value of their online fan base. Its Co-Founder, Annabel Youens, has scaled businesses in the past and knows the value of a strong foundation for people management: “This is my third business, and I’ve come to learn that investing in people is actually what makes a business successful. Annabel practices what she preaches when it comes to taking care of her people: “Each quarter, we roll out an initiative with the hopes of positively impacting our culture. Last quarter, we started implementing a four-day workweek for the entire team.”
Annabel and her team are loyal users of the performance, employee onboarding, documents, and time off modules. “I’ve at least saved 10 hours per employee onboarding by using Humi”.
