Simpson Seeds is a buyer, processor, marketer, and exporter of specialty crops such as lentils, peas, and chickpeas. Fun fact: they’ve shipped to over 80 countries worldwide!
As they continued to grow, the team and its HR Coordinator, Twyla Martin, realized it was time to invest in a HRIS when their administrative responsibilities prevented them from accomplishing what they needed to.
