Carly is the Founder & Managing Partner of Holm & Company, a boutique Human Resources consulting firm that helps executives of small and medium-sized businesses manage their people. Holm & Company provides strategic Human Resources support to some of the most innovative and emerging companies in Canada, with significant experience with technology start-ups, but covering all industries. Carly is a career HR professional and has been in the field for over 13 years. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Human Resources Management. Carly is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
