Offer letters are an important part of the hiring process, so they need to be seamless for everyone involved.
That's why we're excited to announce an upcoming product update – Offer Letters! Starting on April 15th, you'll be able to send offers to candidates without adding them as Humi users, enabling you to remove tedious work, gain more control over the new hire flow, and continue creating great candidate experiences.
This product update will include an entirely new (and improved) way for you to send offer letters. To help you adopt the new feature, our product experts are hosting a 30-minute webinar to give you a live walkthrough.

With this product update, you'll be able to:
- Create offer letter templates
- Send offer letters to candidates who don't have a Humi account
- Send offer letters from the recruiting module
- Revise and send offer letters (perfect for when there are edits to make)
- Hire candidates from the new 'Offer Letters' tab

Andrea Bartlett
Andrea is the Vice President of People at Humi. She has been a part of leadership teams in commodity trading, private equity, and in 2019, she oversaw global HR at a biopharmaceutical company during IPO. She holds an MBA from the Toronto Metropolitan University.
Andrea has worked with different leaders and leadership styles and even more HR systems. She spends her time at Humi sharing this knowledge to build a world-class product, and coaching our team in HR best practices as we scale.
