Promotion Details

Eligible Referrers Canadian Humi by Employment Hero Referral Partners
Promotion Incentive $500 Air Canada gift card (Performance Prize)
and;
$250 Skip the Dishes gift card (Draw Prize)
Promotion Period Between 1 July 2025 and 31 August 2025 (inclusive)
Eligibility Criteria The Eligible Referrer who submits the highest number of Qualifying Referrals resulting in demos booked with Humi by Employment Hero during the Promotion Period will win the Performance Prize.

All Eligible Referrers who submit at least one Qualifying Referral during the Promotion period will be automatically entered into a random draw to win a Draw Prize.
Conditions An Eligible Referrer can only receive the Promotion Incentive once. That is, if they refer twice the number of Qualified Referrers, they will not be entitled to twice the amount of the Promotion Incentive.

About the Promotion

  1. This Promotion is offered by Humi Soft Inc. and its affiliates (Humi by Employment Hero) and is governed by these Terms and Conditions (Promotion Terms).
  2. Humi by Employment Hero is offering Eligible Referrers the opportunity to receive the Promotion Incentive (Promotion).
  3. The Promotion is available for the Promotion Period, and is subject to our Referral Terms that you agreed to when becoming a Referral Partner with us.

Eligibility Criteria

  1. To be eligible for the Promotion Incentive, you must be an Eligible Referrer and satisfy the Eligibility Criteria.
  2. In addition to meeting the Eligibility Criteria, referrals must be Qualifying Referrals to be considered as part of the Promotion.
  3. Qualifying Referrals made after the Promotion Period ends will not be eligible for the Referral Incentive under these Promotion Terms.
  4. These Promotions Terms and the entitlement to any Promotion Incentive are subject to any Conditions as set out in the Promotion Details.

Performance Prize

  1. Entitlements to the Performance Prize will be calculated at the expiration of the Promotion Period and you will be notified of your entitlement by Humi by Employment Hero via email.
  2. Where you are entitled to the Performance Prize, it will be provided between September 1st, 2025 and September 15th, 2025

Draw Prize

  1. The random draw to declare the winning of the Draw Prize will be conducted on or after September 1st, 2025, at the Humi by Employment Hero’s offices in Toronto, Ontario. The odds of winning the Draw Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
  2. The winner of the second place Draw Prize will be selected at random from all Eligible Referrers.
  3. To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided, within a limited time.

Referral Terms continue to apply

  1. These Promotion Terms are ‘Additional Terms’ for the purpose of our Referral Terms and are intended to supplement our Referral Terms.Our Referral Terms will continue to apply to Eligible Referrers.

Liability

  1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Humi by Employment Hero (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, for any loss or damage arising in in connection with this Promotion, including any:
    1. technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Humi by Employment Hero’s control);
    2. theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
    3. entries that are late, lost, altered, damaged, misdirected (whether or not occurring after Humi by Employment Hero receives it) or otherwise not received or processed adequately, due to any reason beyond Humi by Employment Hero’s reasonable control;
    4. variation in Promotion Incentive value, description or variation of the Promotion Incentive due to non-availability to that stated in these terms; or
    5. charges or tax implications incurred by an Eligible Referrer.

General Terms

  1. This Promotion is not open to residents of the province of Quebec.
  2. Humi by Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at our absolute discretion.
  3. Eligible Referrers who become referral partners after termination of this Promotion will not be eligible for Promotion Incentives.
  4. The approximate retail value of the Performance Prize is $500 and the Draw Prize is $250.
  5. The Promotion Incentive is not transferable to any other products or cash. All federal, provincial, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Promotion Incentive are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Referrer.
  6. By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Referrers represent that they have obtained consent from each referred individual to share their information with Humi by Employment Hero for the purposes of this Promotion. Humi by Employment Hero will handle all personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at https://www.humi.ca/terms/privacy.
  7. The Promotion Incentive is granted ‘as is’ and Humi by Employment Hero does not provide a warranty of the Promotion Incentive’s merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  8. Any terms defined in these Promotional Terms (including in the Promotions Details) will have the meaning given to them here. Any terms that are defined in our Referral Terms that are used but not defined here have the meaning given to them in our Referral Terms.
  9. Unless a contrary intention appears, a reference in these Promotion Terms to dollars or $ refers to Canadian dollars.
  10. Laws may apply to you or to us as a result of your specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
