‍About the Promotion

  1. This Promotion is offered by Humi Soft Inc (Humi by Employment Hero) and its affiliates (Employment Hero).
  2. All new Humi by Employment Hero customers are eligible for the following benefits:
  1. First 3 months free for all Humi software modules;
  2. 15% off all Humi by Employment Hero software modules when taking 4 or more;
  3. Free Implementation

(each, and collectively, the “Promotion”).

  1. The Promotion will begin on 1 June, 2025 and conclude at 11:59 ET on 25 June, 2025 (Promotion Period).

Who can enter?

  1. The Promotion is open to all new customers that sign up to Humi by Employment Hero modules during the Promotion Period (Eligible Participant).

How to qualify for the Promotion?

  1. To qualify for the Promotion, you must:
  • not be a current Humi by Employment Hero customer;
  • sign up for Humi by Employment Hero’s software modules (as identified in the Promotion) for a minimum 12-month term; and
  • be a registered business in Canada

How to enter the Promotion?

When do the benefits of the Promotion apply?

  1. You will be eligible to redeem your discount by meeting all the qualifying criteria under these terms and conditions. Your discounted pricing will apply from the date of signing the customer agreement and for the first 12 months.

Restrictions

  1. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion provided by Humi. Restrictions to the Promotion apply to those who are not eligible according to the criteria of qualifications listed above.

Other Terms and Conditions that apply

  1. Standard Humi by Employment Hero Platform Terms and Conditions apply.
  2. Customers receiving Implementations services in connection with any products or services will be subject to the relevant Implementations Terms and Conditions. 
  3. Any personal data provided by an individual when participating in this Promotion is handled in accordance with the Humi by Employment Hero Privacy Policy.

General Terms

  1. Minimum subscription costs may apply. 
  2. Discounts provided through the Promotion are not transferable to any other products.
  3. Humi by Employment Hero reserves the right to terminate the Promotion early in full or in part at its absolute discretion.
  4. Laws may apply to an Eligible Participant or to Humi by Employment Hero as a result of either party’s specific location. If this is the case, and if those laws are inconsistent with any part of these terms, those laws will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
  5. If any part or provision of these terms are invalid, unenforceable or in conflict with the law, that part or provision is replaced with a provision which, as far as possible, accomplishes the original purpose of that part or provision. The remainder of these terms will be binding on the parties.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and the federal laws of Canada, and the parties will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
