Ron is a founding partner of Source Line and for the last 20 plus years he has been involved in the employee assistance profession as a consultant. Ron has consulted to both union and non-union workplaces. He has provided workplace trainings on such topics as the Respectful Workplace, Workplace Crisis Interventions, Addictions and Enabling, Work Life Balance, Violence in the Workplace and organizational mental health costs and concerns.
