Lisa Beaman COO

Former SVP, Operations at First National Financial brings 25 years of mortgage servicing, operations, and Human Resources experience to Strive. At First National, Mrs. Beaman was responsible for managing all aspects of the mortgage servicing business exceeding $110 billion in MUA and oversight of 300+ employees.

At Strive, Lisa is responsible for supporting the work of the CEO and Co-founders while focusing on the establishment and optimization of the company’s day to day operations.  As an innovative leader on the executive team, she is involved in every initiative that drives the success and growth of Strive and its over 85+ employees.

An experienced executive with a strong aptitude for people management, project management and innovative ways of finding efficiencies in operations.
