Being an intern at Humi was a formative experience for me. I was able to get involved with all aspects of the business from marketing to sales to client experience. The breadth of my experience over those few months was unique amongst other internship programs. The technical skills I learned working in Excel and getting an inside look at a fast-growing business have been incredibly helpful for me in my experiences since. To me, what makes Humi special is its top-notch team that you get to work alongside every day. The people around you really take the time to invest in your development and give you projects where you are in the driving seat. I loved the experience and would highly recommend it!

Humi has gone through a lot of growth the last two years! Last summer we raised our Series A financing, had our first co-op students, and built our Data Management, Product, and People Operations teams. We are not only aiming to be market leaders, but are building to become true HR thought leaders.
