At Humi, we’re laser focused on building a product that automates tedious HR tasks, so you can focus on what’s most important.

In 2018, we launched Humi 2, a completely new system that we built from the ground-up.

We took everything that customers loved about the Version 1 and made it even better by adding features that customers were asking for. This means adding Humi Payroll, an all-in-one employee profile, more hiring onboarding tools, document signing with HelloSign, a complete redesign, and more.

When we launched Humi 2, we gave customers over a year to chose to move to the new system, but On March 30th 2020, Version 1 will be shut down. But no worries – there's still lots of room for our current Version 1 customers to move to the new version.

If you want to join the hundreds of companies who have switched to the new version (and love it), you can book a call with someone from our team and we can migrate you to the new system.

Common questions about Humi 2

When do I need to switch over?

You’ll need to switch to the new system before March 30th, 2020. That's when we'll be shutting down Version 1.

How much is it?

You can see the pricing for Humi 2 here. Since Version 1 customers have been with us since the beginning, we’re offering a 30% discount off your total bill, for forever. Note: because the software is so robust, there is no free option for its use.

Will I lose my data when moving to the new version?

No, you won’t. Our team has migrated many companies to the new version, so we know how to make sure you get onto Humi 2 as seamlessly as possible.

How can I move to the new version?

To move the new system, you can book a call with someone from our team. We’ll walk you through the new system and explain how we’ll migrate your data with the help of a dedicated customer experience representative.

We hope you’ve enjoyed using Humi Version 1. We’re excited to show you the new version of Humi and get you upgraded before this version is shut down.
